Terms and Conditions
By utilizing the services provided by The Washing Bay (referred to as "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to the following terms and conditions:
Payments and Invoicing
All outstanding payments must be settled within 30 days of the invoice date.
We reserve the right to determine the handling or disposal of completed equine laundry items that cannot be delivered or picked up due to non-payment.
Service Limitations
3. Our services are not guaranteed to restore any item to its original or new condition.
4. Items must be washed before any waterproofing or repair services can be performed.
5. Estimates and quotes for repairs will not be provided.
Pickup and Delivery
6. We reserve the right to cancel any pickup or delivery at our discretion, for any reason.
7. Items must be ready at the scheduled pickup time. Failure to comply may result in forfeiture of future service eligibility.
Order Processing
8. All items must include a completed order form or order number securely enclosed. Items lacking order forms are subject to a $5 processing fee beginning January 1, 2025, unless explicitly waived by us.
9. Clients must provide written approval—digital or physical—for waterproofing or repairs. Signature on paper order forms and agreement to terms and conditions on digital order forms suffice. We will not proceed with additional services without proper authorization.
Liability and Responsibility
10. We are not responsible for lost items that lack a valid order form or order number.
11. We are not liable for any pre-existing damage to items. By using our services, you agree that our liability is limited to the total dollar value of the service provided for each item.
Additional Policies
12. Items should be placed in securely tied bags with corresponding order details enclosed before pickup.
13. It is the client’s responsibility to provide a dry, accessible location for pickup (e.g., porch, garage, barn entrance).
Privacy Policy
14. We respect your privacy and are committed to protecting your personal information. Any details provided (e.g., name, address, contact information) will only be used to facilitate our services and will not be shared with third parties without your consent.
Force Majeure
15. We are not responsible for delays or cancellations caused by circumstances beyond our control, such as natural disasters, extreme weather, pandemics, or other emergencies.
Refund Policy
16. Refunds or service redos will only be issued if there is clear evidence of a service error caused by us. Pre-existing damages or client mishandling of items are not eligible for refunds.
Governing Law
17. These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the State of Nevada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with Nevada state law.
Amendments
18. We reserve the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Updated terms will be posted on our website.
